Gas Interlock System Installation

A gas interlock system ensures that the extraction and ventilation in your kitchen is working correctly before the gas is switched on to the appliances. This provides a safe working environment for staff. It is a requirement that any commercial kitchen which has had a major refurbishment or a new gas appliance fitted, should have a gas interlock system installed. At NTS Ltd we recommend that any kitchen without one does so as soon as possible.
